Joined Judiciary in the Cadre of District Judge, and Appointed as Assistant Judge on 30.8.1988. Promoted as Joint District Judge on 30.4.1989 and District Judge on 16.8.1990. Conducted many important cases. Also conducted 500th, 700th and 1000th Lok Adalats at various District Head Quarters. Attended National and International Seminars and Conferences on Criminology and Human Rights, Children, Environment and Human Health.
